We are seeking a hands-on Team Lead Employee Transport & Cab Operations to supervise daily shift operations across employee transportation, cab logistics, access control, cafeteria services, and security coordination. This role requires strong operational control, team leadership, vendor SLA tracking, and real-time escalation handling in a fast-paced 24x7 corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Transport Operations: Supervise daily cab routing, shift rosters, cab scheduling, real-time tracking, transport vendor SLA compliance, and rapid escalation resolution.

Team & Roster Supervision:Prepare and manage shift duty rosters, attendance, discipline, and ensure proper shift handovers across the team to maintain operational continuity.

Access Control & Security:Oversee physical access control provisioning/revocation, maintain audit records, handle security escalations, and coordinate with site security teams.

Cafeteria & Vendor Management:Conduct routine food safety and hygiene checks for cafeteria services. Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, service quality,



and billing accuracy.

Facility Maintenance & Compliance: Support general workplace safety, coordinate facility maintenance tasks, maintain daily/weekly incident logs, and ensure site audit readiness.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 12 years directly handling a team or shift.

Shift Availability:100% comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift setting (including regular night shifts and weekend coverage).

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS), cab route optimization, access control systems, and vendor SLA tracking.

Education:Graduate in any discipline.
