We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team in Mundra, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on Refinery/Petrochemical/Oil and Gas projects and possess a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in any Engineering.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for timely completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, performance metrics, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and issues impacting project success.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience working on MSP or Primavera is required.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, practices,
and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working on Refinery/Petrochemical/Oil and Gas projects is essential.
- A Diploma/BE/B.Tech in any Engineering is required.
