Roles and Responsibility
- Optimize facility layouts to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve process flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of layout designs and changes.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on new layouts and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current layouts and make recommendations for improvements.
