We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our product development team. This role focuses on designing, testing, and optimizing electrical systems for consumer products, ensuring high performance, safety, reliability, and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including industrial design, mechanical engineering, firmware/software, and manufacturing partners to bring products from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities

- Electrical design and development of consumer electronics from concept through mass production.
- Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and system architectures, with a focus on power efficiency, signal integrity, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with industrial and mechanical engineering teams to integrate electronics into product enclosures.
- Select and qualify key components, sensors, power supplies, microcontrollers, and connectivity solutions (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB).
- Perform circuit simulation, validation, and testing to ensure compliance with safety, EMC/EMI, and regulatory standards (FCC, CE, UL, etc.).
- Drive prototype builds, design validation testing (DVT), and production readiness with internal and external manufacturing partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and system-level issues during development, pilot runs, and mass production.
- Mentor junior engineers, review designs,



and contribute to best practices and design standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in product design.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical design for consumer electronics or similar industries.
- Robust knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, power management, and high-speed interfaces.
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, Cadence).
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and test equipment.
- Experience with wireless standards (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with DFM/DFT principles and working with overseas manufacturing partners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with low-power embedded systems and IoT devices.
- Knowledge of battery technologies, charging circuits, and power optimization.
- Background in sensor integration (motion, environmental, optical, etc.).

Familiarity with safety and regulatory certification processes (UL, IEC, FCC, CE).Role & responsibilities
