About the Role

Republic of Karting is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, GST, TDS, MIS reporting, and experience handling multi-branch accounting in the hospitality, entertainment, retail, or service industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and reconciliations.
- Verify sales, cash collections, vendor payments, and customer receipts across all locations.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Procurement for financial accuracy.
- Support audits, budgeting,



and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure timely month-end closing and compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements

- B.Com/M.Com with 46 years of accounting experience.
- Additional certifications in GST, Taxation, or Finance are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally Prime, and MS Excel.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or multi-location businesses is preferred.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
