Overview:

We are looking for experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the lending domain to lead and manage strategic projects within our organization. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the financial services industry, specifically in the lending sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end project management for lending domain initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and track progress to ensure timely execution.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on the lending domain.
- In-depth understanding of lending processes, including origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
