Job Title: Executive

Experience: 2+ Years of exp. in Export documentation
Education: B.Com/M.COM/ Any Graduate
Job Description:
- Post shipment documents for all country shipment, mainly USA region.
- Follow up and Preparation of ISF in prescribed format, once received from forwarder and send to concerned
- Coordinate with freight forwarder for BL and post shipment document if any.
- Co-ordinate with CHA, for shipping bill process, Container Gate- in and EGM follow up as and when required.
- Co-ordinate with transporter for container pickup from Nhava Sheva to Wai to Nhava Sheva
- Co-ordinate with Plant for container in/out as per stuffing schedule and keep track record.
- Co-ordinate with customer for post shipment document.
- Following up with shipping line / forwarder for timely shipment of goods LCL consignments (both Free hand & nominated shipments)
- Updating insurance file for CIF/DAP/DDP/DAT shipments.
- Co-ordinate with Nominated Forwarder for carting details for nominated shipments.
- Prepare REX statement for shipments where Rex invoice is submitted.
- Courier shipment booking on portal like DHL/UPS/FedEx.
- Apply for the certificate of origin as per destination, making sure it will issue before vessel sailing (AIFTA, APTA, GSP, REX)
- Handling nominated shipments of big customers individually booking / carting / factory coordination / forwarder coordination/operating forwarder portal & customer portal for documentation or bookings
Maintain below Reports
- Export Register download from SAP and update required fields.
- Shipping bill data Update & EGM file.
- SIOP vs Actual shipment register - monthly.
- DSR Vermont, Honduras, Europe, USA, DR
- Daily shipment tracking USA.
