Role & responsibilities :

- Supervise daily site activities and monitor workforce productivity.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site safety procedures.
- Verify measurements and quantities of work completed at the site.
- Monitor material consumption and coordinate with the store and procurement teams for timely material availability.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid delays in project completion.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and quality standards are maintained.
- Assist in planning and scheduling site activities as per project timelines.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Billing teams for contractor work certification and documentation.
