We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase manager to lead procurement activities for our interior fitout and General Contracting projects. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor development, commercial negotiations and procurement planning for interior and construction materials.

Role & responsibilities.

- Lead end-to-end procurement for interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
- Develop and manage a reliable vendor network across PAN India.
- Source materials such as plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, glass, aluminium, steel, gypsum, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture, flooring materials and other interior finishing products.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Review quotations, prepare comparative statements, and finalize vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with Projects, Planning, Design, Factory, Stores,



and Finance teams.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, delivery, and cost optimization.
- Handle purchase budgets, cost-saving initiatives, and procurement MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the purchase team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 1015 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Mandatory experience in Interior Fit-Out, General Interior Contracting, Commercial Interiors, or Building Products.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, vendor management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
