Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Operations Executive to manage post-sanction documentation, compliance checks, and loan disbursement processes. The role requires close coordination with sales, credit and banking partners to ensure timely and compliant disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle post-sanction documentation for business loans / supply chain finance cases.
- Verify sanction conditions and ensure all prerequisites are fulfilled before disbursement.
- Scrutinize borrower documents including KYC, KYB, agreements, invoices, security cheques, mandates, and collateral documents.
- Coordinate execution of loan agreements, e-signing / physical signing, and stamping requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, lender guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Process disbursement requests after completion of documentation and checklist validation.
- Coordinate with banking partners / NBFCs for fund release and limit activation.
- Maintain proper MIS, trackers, and audit-ready records of disbursements and documents.
- Resolve discrepancies in documentation and follow up with sales / customers for closures.




- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure TAT adherence and escalation of delayed cases.
- Monitor post-disbursement activities such as UTR confirmation and system uploads.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid understanding of lending operations and post-sanction processes.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML norms, and loan documentation.
- Experience in business loans / working capital / supply chain finance preferred.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and compliance orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Relevant certification in banking/finance operations is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in NBFC, fintech, bank, or Loan Service Provider environment.
- Exposure to post-sanction documentation, CP fulfillment, and disbursement handling.
- Familiar with digital documentation tools and LOS/LMS systems.
