Job Description

The Counselor will be responsible for converting prospective candidates into enrolments while delivering a high-quality counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide career counselling and guidance on international employment opportunities.

Assess candidate eligibility and recommend suitable migration programs.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments while achieving monthly admission targets.

Explain program benefits, fee structures, documentation requirements, and migration timelines.

Maintain candidate records, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

Coordinate with the Operations team for seamless onboarding and documentation.

Conduct career guidance sessions and support local awareness initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly enrollments

Lead-to-enrollment conversion ratio

Revenue contribution

Candidate satisfaction score

CRM compliance and documentation accuracy

Requirements

Any Graduation
