- Oversee end-to-end assembly operations — incoming parts, QC, assembly, packaging, and dispatch.
- Build and lead the local assembly team (line workers, supervisors, QA).
- Implement standard operating procedures for assembly, testing, and maintenance.
- Track KPIs like yield, downtime, and production cost.
- Coordinate with engineering and supply chain for continuous improvement.
Positive to have:
- 6–10 years in electronics / small-appliance assembly or production management.
- Familiar with lean manufacturing, 5S, and quality systems.
- Experience managing 20–50+ member teams.
