Requirements

- Planning + Execution : 1–3 years of hands-on paid media / SEM experience in a digital agency
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystems
- Should have experience in client relations / servicing
- Knowledge of bidding strategies, KPIs, and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Client Co-ordination for daily tasks.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and media planning
- Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and campaign KPIs
- Analyze data using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and platform insights
- Coordinate with content and design teams for creatives and landing pages
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Support SEO and organic initiatives (good to have, not mandatory)
- Stay updated with platform changes, ad policies, and new features
