2. Contract Review & Govern

- ancePerform detailed contract reviews to identify revenue recognition, billing, collection, and compliance implicati
- ons.Highlight commercial and contractual risks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolut
- ion.Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for contract-related assessme

nts.
3. Schedule Preparation & Repo

- rtingPrepare revenue schedules, reconciliations, audit support packs, and management rep
- orts.Support financial analysis and provide insights on revenue movements, contract performance,



and key r
- isks.Ensure accuracy and completeness of supporting schedules for closure activi

ties.
4. Stakeholder Mana

- gementLiaise with Delivery, Sales, Finance, Pricing, Tax, Legal, and Operations
