- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–5 years of financial reporting/accounting experience.
- Robust knowledge of financial statements and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
