- Recruit and onboard individuals and small lead-generation organizations into our referral partner program.
- Build and scale a multi-layer referral network to generate company leads.
- Develop outreach strategies to attract high-potential referral partners.
- Educate partners on referral processes, incentives, and best practices.
- Manage partner onboarding, activation, engagement, and ongoing communication.
- Configure and manage custom referral fee structures when applicable.
Requirements
- Experience in partnerships, affiliate programs, referral programs, community building, business development, or network-driven growth.
- Proven ability to recruit, activate, and manage external partners.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience with incentive-based or performance-driven partner ecosystems.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and partner acquisition.
