Hitachi Cash Management Services is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as ATM Custodians. We have 10 permanent, full-time positions available in the Panipat, Haryana – Punjab region of India. As an ATMCustodian, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and availability of cash at our network of Automated Teller Machines, directly contributing to the financial convenience of our customers. We are looking for candidates with up to 1.0 years of experience, making this an ideal role for those just beginning their qualified journey or seeking a new challenge. The annualsalary for this position ranges from INR 126,000 to 186,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. While the role is based out of our office, it requires flexible hours to meet operationaldemands across various locations. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, unwavering honesty, and the physical fitness required for the role, alongside basic communication skills to interact effectively with team members and report issues.

The ATM Custodian is responsiblefor the secure and efficient management of cash and operational aspects of ATMs within an assigned territory. Your primary duties will involve the precise replenishment of cash into ATM cassettes, ensuring that all machines are adequately stocked to meet customer demand. This includes meticulously verifyingcash amounts, balancing transactions,



and identifying any discrepancies with utmost attention to detail. You will also be tasked with performing routine first-line maintenance, such as clearing paper jams, replacing receipt rolls, and addressing minor technical issues to minimize downtime, requiring a basic technical understanding. Effective time management is critical to adhere to strict schedules for ATM visits and complete all assigned tasks promptly. Furthermore, you will be expected to coordinate closely with your team and supervisors, reporting any significant technical malfunctions, securityconcerns, or operational challenges encountered during your rounds. Adherence to stringent security protocols and company policies for cash handling and transportation is paramount at all times. Maintaining accurate records of all cash movements, maintenance activities, and incident reports is also a keypart of the role, ensuring transparency and accountability.
