Role

As a Validation lead, you will be responsible for finalizing the BOQ post-validation of drawings,

BOQ and site.

Responsibilities

- Understand drawings of all disciplines (Carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing etc) and

verify quantities of each line item in the BOQ

- Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks

- Validate drawings, BOQ & site

- Add missing line items in the BOQ

- Do rate analysis for non-standard items

- Finalize BOQ after clarifying design discrepancies and a thorough validation at the site

- Prepare BoM to facilitate the release of POs to labour contracts

Must have

- 3+ years of contracting experience (1 yr execution + 2 yr QS) in residential/commercial

projects

- Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize in office conditions and foresee execution

risks

- Proactive and capable of prioritizing work

- Extremely high level of ownership

- High learning aptitude

- Diploma/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture
