Job Description:

We are looking for English Voice Process Executives to handle inbound/outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and resolve queries efficiently. Candidates should have good English communication skills, pleasant phone etiquette, and the ability to work in a rotational shift setting.

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Years
Shift: Rotational / Day & Night
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 / month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally and resolve queries.

Maintain high-quality service standards and follow company policies.

Update records and reports accurately.

Coordinate with team leads for process improvements.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication (spoken & written).

Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Comfortable with rotational shifts.
