We are looking for a Charge and Demo Entry Specialist to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering patient demographic information, insurance details, and medical charges accurately into the billing system to ensure smooth claim processing and timely reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter patient demographics into the billing system.
Accurately post medical charges based on patient encounters, CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes.
Verify insurance details and ensure compliance with payer requirements.
Review and correct any errors in demographic or charge data.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect information.
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
