Job Description:

An AR Caller is responsible for following up with insurance companies and patients to ensure the timely collection of outstanding accounts receivable. The role involves making outbound calls, resolving billing issues, verifying claim status, and updating payment information in the system. AR Callers work closely with the billing team to reduce denials, handle re-submissions, and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions. Robust communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of medical billing processes are essential to succeed in this role.

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.

Verify the status of submitted claims and ensure timely payment.





Identify and resolve issues related to claim denials or rejections.

Document all interactions and updates accurately in the billing system.

Coordinate with the billing team to re-submit corrected claims.

Ensure compliance with healthcare and HIPAA guidelines.

Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with insurance representatives and patients.

Salary: Above 18k per month
