Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per standard recipes
- Assist senior chefs in kitchen operations and food preparation
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen area
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Handle chopping, marination, sauces, and basic prep work
- Manage stock and follow proper storage procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Commi 1 in Continental section
- Knowledge of Continental cooking methods and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions
- Valuable discipline, hygiene, and teamwork skills
