Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Design & Detailed Engineering (DDE) with a strong background in substation design and project management. Join our client's team to lead and innovate in the electrical power industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Design & Detailed Engineering (DDE) team.
- Oversee design and commissioning of Air Insulated (AIS) and Gas Insulated Substations (GIS).
- Develop and manage detailed engineering plans for renewable energy pooling substations.
- Conduct power system studies and provide technical leadership.
- Support tender and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 15-20 years of relevant experience.
- Robust technical, communication, and leadership skills.




- Previous roles: Manager/Senior Manager, Project Leader, Project Management.
- Experience managing teams of 15-20 engineers.
