You will be responsible for :

Developing the Product - bring cross-functional experiences and deep domain understanding:
- We are developing an Uber + Yelp equivalent for the Global Container Logistics community. You will have to understand this complex industry, multi-user experience flows and helps us in building tools that will enable businesses of all sizes in seamless trading across borders (it should be like logistics is magically happening for them)
- Help build simple, intuitive and highly efficient interfaces to automate the repetitive parts of logistics (you guessed it right,



a good sense of aesthetics is must).
- Develop high fidelity prototypes across multiple form factors and build an effective loop to gather feedback from both the team and the current user base.
- Ensure design consistency of the product to pixel level across all the factors from desktop to mobile

Find the 80/20:
- You're in a meeting where someone wants to build a current feature. And in their mind, they've got it all spec'ed out. It slices, it dices and probably washes your car too. In your mind, they're racking up costs and complexity(one month for that part, two months for that other part, uh oh). On a bad day, you’d just give them the sobering news. But a good day looked like this. Once you understood what the objective of their feature was for customers, you could sometimes see a way to get 80% of the benefit for 20% of the cost.
