About the Company

We are a growing healthcare and wellbeing products company focused on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to our customers. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager who can independently manage and scale our online presence, especially on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon Seller Central, including listings, catalog management, content updates, A+ content, and storefront optimization.

•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute Amazon marketing & advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).

•⁠ ⁠Optimize product visibility, rankings, and conversions through SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor and improve ACOS, ROAS, CPC, and overall campaign profitability.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams for content creation, packaging improvements, and product launches.

•⁠ ⁠Manage product reviews, ratings, and customer feedback to improve brand perception.





•⁠ ⁠Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

•⁠ ⁠Explore growth opportunities on other marketplaces (Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, etc.).

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with all Amazon policies, marketplace guidelines, and brand standards.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience (minimum 4 years) managing Amazon Seller Central for a consumer products brand.

•⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of Amazon algorithms, PPC advertising, FBA processes, and listing optimization.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with healthcare/wellbeing/FMCG category is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, coordination, and project-management abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals across ecommerce platforms.
