Job Summary:
We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Lead/Architect to join our innovative team. This senior-level position requires deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, as well as strong experience with Office 365 technologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent supply chain solutions that drive business transformation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilots, Dataverse) to address complex business requirements.
• Project Leadership: Oversee Power Platform projects from concept to execution, ensuring solutions meet client specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements,



provide expert guidance, and develop tailored solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
• Governance and Administration: Manage Power Platform governance, including workplace setup, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, security configurations, and compliance.
• Performance Optimization: Write delegable functions and create device-responsive Canvas Apps. Apply modern design principles to ensure a seamless user experience across a variety of devices.
• Workflow Automation: Automate intricate business processes using Power Automate, designing and implementing workflows that enhance operational efficiency and data flow.
• Integration Expertise: Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform with other enterprise systems (Azure, ERP systems, SQL databases) using connectors, APIs, and custom development. Address common integration challenges and propose optimized solutions to ensure seamless data connecti
