The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all manufacturing processes, from the factory floor to management level, with a keen focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety. This role requires a solid analytical mindset, adeptness with data-driven decision-making, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing ecosystem.

The Challenges
- Lead and manage the manufacturing operations of the company, ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and safety protocols.
- Analyze production data and implement strategies to optimize fixed and variable costs,



minimize scrap, and enhance overall productivity.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, cost, quality, employee engagement, scrap reduction, and health & safety.
- Drive initiatives to achieve optimum headcount and workforce efficiency while maintaining high morale and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges and ensure smooth material flow and production scheduling.
- Monitor and manage production volumes and profit margins to achieve business targets and strategic objectives.
- Implement and enforce best practices for health and safety throughout the manufacturing operations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the manufacturing team.
