Job Description
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Screening resumes.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
- Continually educate employees on company policies.
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
- Promote a positive and open work workplace where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
- Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:-
- Computer Knowledge.



(M.S. office / Email Writing /Job Portals).
- Knowledge regarding the recruitment process.
- Experienced candidates can also apply.

Working Days: Monday To Saturday – 6 Days (Alternative 2ND and 4TH Saturday off)

Job Timings: Full Time (10:00 AM To 7:00 PM)

Salary: Best in the industry and depends on your interview both employment type
