Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Presales Consultant with strong account research and mining skills. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with account teams, delivery teams, and competency groups to drive innovation, propose new use cases, respond to RFPs, and help grow business with existing customers. This role requires a consultant who can take initiative, build solid client relationships, and create a push effect for sales growth through innovative solution offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Research & Mining:
- Conduct thorough research of assigned accounts, identifying business challenges, industry trends,



and potential areas for growth.
- Engage in account mining to uncover new opportunities within existing customer accounts by understanding their current and future needs.
- Proactive Idea Generation:
- Bring proactive and innovative ideas to the account teams and customers to pitch new use cases and solutions.
- Regularly collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and propose customer-centric solutions that enhance business value.
- Pitching & Use Case Development:
- Develop and pitch new use cases that align with customer pain points and industry trends, focusing on solving critical challenges.
- Present these solutions effectively to customers, highlighting the business impact and technical feasibility.
