You've worked with many programming languages, but you love working with [the valuable parts of] J2EE the most. You have a strong understanding of the Object Oriented Programming and core features of the language, you have a good understanding and exposure to DI, AOP, MVC concepts and frameworks and you enjoy writing code that is expressive and elegant. You often come up with innovative solutions to problems but will always use the best tool and design pattern for the job. You enjoy working in a decentralized, team-based environment, and you're great at getting things done both autonomously and by pair-programming with a teammate.

Job Requirements:
- Passion for developing excellent software and an appreciation for elegant code,
- Very strong Java development background with emphasis on performance, scalability, reliability, extensibility, maintainability and succinctness,
- Good understanding of Application servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, Weblogic or Websphere environments and experience working with one of the IDEs such as Eclipse, Netbeans, IntelliJ IDEA etc.
