Job Description:

Job Title: Plant HR

Location: Science City, Ahmedabad
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Salary: ₹8 – ₹12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Manage entire employee life cycle at the plant – recruitment, onboarding, training, and exit.

Handle statutory compliance under labor laws (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.).

Build robust employee relations and address grievances effectively.

-
Coordinate with functional managers for manpower planning and deployment.

-
Drive employee engagement, welfare activities, and cultural initiatives at the plant.

-
Monitor attendance, leave, and shift planning using HR systems.

-
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, HR dashboards, and audit documentation.

-
Liaise with government authorities and represent the company for labor inspections.





Qualifications:

Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or MSW / MHRM

Experience: 8–12 years in HR roles within manufacturing / plant environments

Preferred Skills: Deep understanding of labor laws, factory HR policies, conflict resolution, and HRMS systems
