Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position Talent Acquisition Specialist for a reputed company at Mumbai(Khar) Location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment:
- Write and manage job descriptions for various verticals
- Post across Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring portals
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for mid- and junior-level roles
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for final rounds
- Maintain candidate databases, hiring dashboards, and follow-ups
- Close 7–8 positions every month across multiple categories

2. Roles to Be Hired:
- CRM Executives
- Hair Patch Technicians
- SMP Artists
- Hair Extension Experts
- Digital Marketing Interns
- Sales Executives
- Content Creators
- Influencer Managers
- Inventory/Admin Roles

Freelancers: Videographers, Editors, Makeup Artists

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination:
- Understand department-specific hiring needs directly from the founder or vertical leads
- Align recruitment timelines and deliver closures as per targets




- Handle interview coordination, rescheduling, and candidate communication
- Collaborate with a junior intern assigned for sourcing & logistics support

4. Employer Branding:
- Create a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Occasionally assist with creating hiring content for LinkedIn or social platforms
- Represent the brand with professionalism and industry insight

Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (HR or Business background preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Prior experience hiring in beauty, salon, hair, or creative industries preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Google Sheets/Excel
- Ability to handle multiple roles and meet monthly hiring targets
- Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
- Robust interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with mul
