Key responsibilities
- Accountable for building an effective engineering organization.
- Accountable for defining well-balanced PODs in line with business strategy.
- Responsible for the delivery of high-quality software of multiple teams in one or more adjacent product areas.
- Be deeply involved in the full development lifecycle: design, code, test, deploy.

What will you do?
- Manage a team of Engineering Directors & Engineering Managers (hiring, coaching, engaging).




- Managing the budget for multiple development teams, aligning this budget with strategic business objectives.
- Build a cost-efficient, effective engineering organization, by analyzing engineering processes, detecting operational gaps, implementing improvements.
- Support multiple PODs in delivering high-quality software in one or more adjacent product areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product and Customer Operations to ensure the successful delivery of software products.
- Report on status of organizational metrics.

What do you bring to the table?
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of managers and engineers. At least 6 years of experience in managerial positions.
