Eligibility PhD in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, HR Analytics, Finance, or a related management discipline is preferred.
MBA/PGDM with specialisation in Human Resources or Finance from a reputed institution with a strong academic background.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in academia and/or industry.
Candidates with teaching experience in leading B-schools or senior industry professionals with significant functional leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements Deliver high-quality teaching using case-based, experiential, and technology-enabled pedagogy.
Demonstrate strong domain expertise in the relevant discipline:




Human Resources: Organisational Behaviour, Talent Management, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, HR Analytics, and related areas.
Finance: Corporate Finance, Investments, Financial Markets, Financial Analytics, and related areas.
Contribute to research and scholarly publications in reputed journals.
Support accreditation initiatives such as NBA and AACSB .
Build solid industry relationships to facilitate placements, live projects, internships, consultancy, and Management Development Programmes (MDPs).
Participate in curriculum development, academic administration, mentoring, and other institutional development initiatives.
