n Experience: 12–15 Years
n We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to head our Career Services & Placements function and drive impactful career outcomes for learners.
n Key Responsibilities:
n * Lead the overall Career Services & Placement strategy
n * Build solid relationships with CHROs, TA Leaders, Corporates & Staffing Firms
n * Drive employer partnerships and placement opportunities across multiple industries
n * Lead learner employability and career readiness initiatives
n * Own end-to-end placement operations and hiring events
n * Track placement performance, recruiter engagement, and learner outcomes




n * Lead and mentor teams across Corporate Outreach, Career Services & Placement Operations
n What We're Looking For:
n * 12–15 years of experience in Career Services, Placements, Corporate Relations, TA, or HR
n * 7–9 years of experience in leading Placement/Career Services teams
n * Strong employer and recruiter network
n * Proven experience in building corporate partnerships and driving placement outcomes
n * Experience in Higher Education, Universities, EdTech, or Workforce Development preferred
n * MBA/PGDM preferred
