n Teconnex India, a UK-based MNC under the Hexadex Group, is a global leader in engineered clamping solutions for the automotive and aerospace industries.
n As we continue to expand our presence in Automotive, Aerospace, Thermal Insulations & Bellows projects, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sr. Executive – Business Development to strengthen our growing team.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEM customers.
n Manage RFQs, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
n Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
n Support commercial negotiations and execute sales strategies.
n Track business opportunities and ensure timely project closures.
n Coordinate customer meetings, plant visits,



and business review discussions.
n n Eligibility
n B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
n 3–6 years of Business Development experience in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry.
n Hands-on experience in OEM & Tier 1 customer handling and RFQ management.
n Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
n Willingness to travel as required.
