n Primary Work Location:
n University Campus, Sonipat (NCR of Delhi)
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Identify and develop corporate partnerships to facilitate student placements and internship opportunities.
n Build and strengthen relationships with companies and recruiters to enhance campus hiring initiatives at JGU.




n Maintain and regularly update placement and internship data for the assigned School with accuracy and consistency.
n Cultivate relationships with industry professionals to support guest lectures, industry interactions, and career engagement activities.
n Track, monitor, and analyze placement and internship outcomes, including job offers and hiring trends.
n Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation related to placement and internship activities.
n Collaborate with faculty and students to design and implement placement and career development initiatives.
n Communicate effectively with students regarding opportunities, updates, and activities organized by the Office of Career Services (OCS).
n n Qualifications and Skills:
n n Master's degree from a recognized institution.
n Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition.
n Strong understanding of industry trends, hiring practices, and employer expectations.
n Excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
n Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with corporate partners and industry stakeholders.
n Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data management capabilities.
n Proactive, student-centric mindset with the ability to thrive in a cooperative and dynamic environment.
