n This is a full-time in office role for a Flight Ticketing Executive at Trust Travel and Tours Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai. The Travel Executive will be responsible for flight ticket planning, ticket booking and communication with existing Marine and Corporate clients. *Please note, contact the hiring manager with your CV as directed below for a faster response.

n Responsibilities:
n 1) Flight reservations and booking of Corporate and Marine clients.
n 2) Knowledge of optimal travel routing based on clients flight requirements.
n 3) Proficient usage of flight booking GDS platforms like Amadeus and Galileo.
n 4) Should be able to resolve queries in regards to Issuance, refunds etc.
n 5) Handling calls, emails and assisting the clients regarding their flight requirements.
n 6)



Ensure prompt responses and timely bookings of all international & domestic airline tickets.
n Desired Profile of the Candidate:
n 1) Previous relevant experience in flight booking (domestic and/or international)
n 2) Good Knowledge of MS Office.
n 3) Dedicated and committed to the job with a positive attitude towards clients and work.
n 4) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
n 5) Flexible in doing shifts.
n 6) Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking workplace.
n 7) Should have a pleasant personality, hardworking, reliable and must possess the aptitude to learn.
n Qualification:
n HSC / Graduate
n Work Experience (Desired but not required):
n 2+ Years
