n What would your core job responsibility be?
n Manage end-to-end social media for 2 to 4 social media accounts.
n Shadow a well-known celebrity to create content for their page & business
n Ideate, plan and create high-quality, engaging short-form video content for various clients and The Hype Capital's own social media channels
n Develop concepts, script videos, film, and edit content from start to finish.
n Work closely with the social media management team to align content with client strategies and trends.
n Keep a finger on the pulse of content creation trends, music, challenges, and formats, and suggest ideas for quick incorporation.
n Be actively involved in all stages of content production, from brainstorming to final upload.
n Measure and analyse content performance to identify areas for improvement and key successes.
n Collaborate with clients and team members on location for shoots and content development.
n Travel within the city & outside with the celebrity to get the job done

n Someone with a portfolio of self-created content (even personal accounts count!) that shows creativity and flair.
n Someone with brilliant storytelling skills, both visually and verbally.

n Someone who is proficient in mobile video editing apps (e.g. CapCut, VN, InShot) and/or professional software (e.g. Premiere Pro).
n Someone who is comfortable and confident being in front of the camera as well as shooting and editing from behind it.
n Someone with impeccable attention to detail in scripting, filming, and post-production.
n Someone with an insatiable desire to learn, grow, and hone their craft in the ever-changing content space.

n Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation/social media management is mandatory. Agency experience preferred.

n Location - Mumbai (This is an onsite work arrangement. You'll be at shoots practically every day)
