n About the Role
n We are looking for a passionate and talented Resident Acoustic Artist who can create a relaxing, premium, and memorable atmosphere for guests at our luxury villa in Karjat.
n The ideal candidate should be able to sing and play the guitar (preferred) or keyboard while performing a mix of English and Hindi songs. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with guests and creating a warm, intimate live music experience.
n This is a long-term opportunity with a fixed monthly retainer, where the selected artist will become a part of the villa's unique guest experience.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Perform live acoustic music during evenings for villa guests.
n Sing a mix of English and Hindi songs based on guest preferences.
n Create a calm, cozy and luxurious ambience.
n Perform unplugged acoustic sets using guitar (preferred) or keyboard.
n Take reasonable guest song requests.
n Coordinate with villa management for private events, celebrations and special occasions.




n Maintain a skilled appearance and punctuality.
n Help create an unforgettable luxury hospitality experience.

n Experience performing at cafés, hotels, resorts, restaurants, weddings or private events.
n Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.
n Comfortable interacting with guests.
n Ability to perform independently without a full band.
n n Performance Schedule
n Primarily evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n Typical timings:
n n Friday: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
n Saturday: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
n Sunday: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
n n Additional performances may be scheduled for private events and special occasions.
