What You'll Do

- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, including stories, reels, and carousels.
- Write compelling hooks and scripts to capture audience attention.
- Appear on camera with confidence and energy, embodying the brand's persona.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to execute creative concepts.
- Support Meta ads creative development with a focus on performance.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate content performance.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a talented individual with:





- 1–3 years of hands-on social media or content creation experience.
- A Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of social media management experience.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Genuine comfort and a compelling presence on camera.
- A strong understanding of premium aesthetics, tone, and quality.
- Deep knowledge of Instagram and short-form content strategy.
- A creative mindset with the ability to ideate, script, and execute quickly.
- Familiarity with Meta ads and performance-driven creative.
- A collaborative, energetic, and ego-free attitude.

Compensation

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
