Job Responsibilities:

Drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through DSA, builders, connectors and open market sourcing.
Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners to maximize business opportunities.




Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Ensure quality sourcing, customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursements.

Eligibility:

Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Home Loan/LAP/Mortgage Sales.
Solid experience in DSA, Builder or Channel Sales.
Excellent relationship management and local market knowledge.
Candidates from Banks or NBFCs preferred.
