Job Description: Job Title: Assembly Leader – Injection Moulding

Department: Assembly / Manufacturing

Job Summary:

The Assembly Leader – Injection Moulding is responsible for managing assembly operations of injection-moulded components, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and timely delivery as per production plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise assembly line operations for injection-moulded parts

- Ensure daily production targets and delivery schedules are met

- Allocate manpower and balance assembly lines efficiently

- Ensure correct assembly methods, tools, and SOP adherence

- Monitor product quality and reduce assembly defects and rework

- Coordinate with injection moulding, quality, and maintenance teams





- Train operators on assembly processes, quality standards, and safety

- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities

- Maintain production, rejection, and efficiency reports

- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Solid understanding of plastic component assembly processes

- Knowledge of jigs, fixtures, and assembly tools

- Ability to read drawings and assembly instructions

- Good team-handling and problem-solving skills

- Awareness of quality systems and inspection methods
