Job Description:

Position: Sourcing (Residential Real Estate)
Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Salary: ₹9 LPA
Industry: Real Estate (Residential Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, source, and generate recent leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, digital platforms, brokers, referrals, etc.).

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, channel partners, and real estate brokers.

- Maintain a database of leads and update records in CRM/software.

- Support the sales team by providing qualified leads and assisting in follow-ups.

- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.

- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to source clients.

- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of sourced leads.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sourcing role within the residential real estate sector.

- Excellent networking, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to lead teams effectively
