Job Title: IT System Administrator

Location: [Ahmedabad]
Department: Information Technology
Experience: 2+ Years
Reports To: IT Manager / Head of IT

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, and systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software aligned with organizational goals.

- Implement and manage IT governance and security protocols, including compliance with ISO27001 standards.

- Manage user accounts, access controls, and handle IT-related troubleshooting and outages.

- Perform diagnostics and debugging procedures to resolve issues and improve system efficiency.

- Develop and document standard operating procedures, backup strategies, and data recovery protocols.

- Build and maintain an internal IT knowledge base, including manuals, wikis, and process documentation.

- Provide IT support and mentorship to development teams and other departments.

- Stay current with emerging IT trends and apply best practices to administration and security.





- Deliver training and onboarding for current technologies and internal systems across departments.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR proven experience as a System or Network Administrator.

- Certifications such as AWS, Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), or Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT administration role.

- Proficient in MS365 administration, including user management and integrations.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system security practices.

- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux (Ubuntu), and MacOS platforms.

- Knowledge of Linux server configuration and command-line tools.

- Exceptional communication skills in spoken and written English.

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.

- Ability to lead and train others, and adapt to rapidly evolving technologies.
