Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review architectural designs as per UDCPR, MIDC CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA, MMRDA, NMRDA regulations.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building regulations, and approval processes.
• Coordinate with authorities for approvals.
• Design master plans, layouts, and building plans for industrial, hospitality, and warehousing projects.
• Use AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit for design and visualization.
Qualifications & Skills:
• B.Arch with 2-3 years of experience in industrial/infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of DCR, MIDC norms, and approval processes.
• Experience in handling projects from concept to execution.
