Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Consultant (Procurement) to support end-to-end procurement operations under government-led programs. The role requires robust compliance orientation, documentation rigour, and the ability to manage procurement cycles in alignment with Government guidelines and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement processes in line with Government norms and prescribed guidelines.

- Draft and support the development of RFPs, TORs, evaluation criteria, and procurement frameworks.

- Drive documentation, compliance adherence, and process transparency across procurement stages.

- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and government stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement execution.

- Maintain procurement records, trackers, and audit-ready documentation.

- Support evaluation committees and facilitate smooth onboarding of vendors/service providers.

Key Qualifications:

- BE/B. Tech or MBA/PGDM or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a relevant discipline.

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience.

- Experience in at least one project with the Central or State Government in Procurement, Finance, or related domains.
