Job Description:

Maintain and troubleshoot the company's IT
infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks,
and servers.
• Ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and
networks through regular monitoring and implementation
of security measures.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to
ensure timely resolution of IT issues and optimization of
systems.

Oversee the implementation, customization, and
maintenance of the ERP system to meet the evolving
needs of the organization.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to
maximize the utilization of the ERP system.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the
productive use of the ERP system across departments.

Manage the collection, storage, and retrieval of data
within the ERP system.
• Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights into
business performance and inform decision-making
processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and
optimization through data analysis
