1. Preparation and allotment of daily productions plans
2. Preparations of manufacturing plan
3. Ensuring procedures are carried out safely.
4. Study of drawings and fabrications of columns, tanks, vessels, heat exchangers, piping’s, skids, systems as per various
5. Co – ordination with quality department for shop inspections, NDT completions material clearances etc.
6. Co – ordinations with, Purchase, Planning, Quality, Design and Project.
7. Candidate must have valuable knowledge in fabrications of Pharmaceutical Bioceutical process equipment’s & skids.
8. Must have hands on experience on machining & assembly activities related to rotary equipment’s live agitator’s blenders control mixers, ATFD’s & REVD.
9. Responsible for achieving safety, quality, cost, productivity, delivery goals.
10. Resolving problems related to productions & process
11. Interactions with purchase, logistic, productions, sales, project, for smooth developments.
12. Manpower handling.
13. Product & planning control.
14. Responsible for internal FAT activity of equipment’s with QA & client.
