Commercial Project Management: Independent and autonomous commercial project management in the assigned projects.
Quotation preparation and quotation/order comparison, credit check, guarantee coordination, SAP pro cessing, preparation of order confirmation as well as delivery and export documentation, export audit.
SAP Master Data Maintenance & Invoicing: Maintenance and management of order-related customer and project data.
Invoicing of orders; processing commissions and monitoring of incoming payments. Calculation & Claim Management:
Order-related cost controlling, execution of final order cost summarization.
Coordination with managers for goodwill/warranty orders. Handling and coordination claim management with concerned project man ager.
Annual Financial Statement: Support to ensure the completion of the financial year closing processes. Handling of logistics, import and export related documentation.
